As a kid, Mason Alexander’s parents gave him small jobs around the house that would earn him five dollars each. He would add up his money at the end of the week and determine how much to spend on baseball cards and candy with his best friend. But Mason’s parents also taught him the lesson of keeping a small amount for long term savings. For what, he wasn’t really sure. Yet the lesson was to be thinking not about today but a goal down the road.
Those early lessons about saving and planning ahead have stayed with Mason throughout his career. Today, he works with clients navigating retirement income decisions, blended families, and major life transitions. His focus is helping clients make confident financial decisions when life changes.
Outside the office, Mason enjoys spending time with his wife, Kendra, and their golden retriever named Darby. Mason loves to run in local races such as The Flying Pig and Brewery Run 14k. He also plays for and coaches an adult men's baseball team in town.
